FIRST DAY IN IIUM KUANTAN

BISMILLAHIRRAHMANIRRAHIM...

Hi guys,
Miss u guys big time after about 4 months holiday. How are you? Hopefully you are in the pink health and in good iman. I can still remember our sweet memories in beloved CFSIIUM, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. But now, CFSIIUM is just only a history.

We are going to move on a new story life as a degree student. On 4th of September 2012 we are officially IIUM Kuantan students located at Indera Mahkota, Kuantan, Pahang.

Once you step into IIUM Kuantan, you will be impressed with the beauty and uniqueness of the building consisting of One-Stop Student Centre, a huge library, a conducive mahallah, a comfortable mosque situated near a lake named Sultan Ahmad Shah Mosque.

Office of Campus Director, and last but not least the Kulliyyah building. There is only 5 Kulliyyah building namely Kulliyyah of Medicine; the first kulliyyah built here. Next is Kulliyah of Pharmacy, Kulliyyah Of Allied Health Science which divided into Dietetic, Audiology, Radiology, Optometry and Biomedical Science. Kulliyah Of Science; place for Biotechnology and Computational and theoretical Science students.

Lastly, The newest and expensive building is Kulliyah of Dentistry. IIUM Kuantan was completed with facilities provided to ease and facilitate students in thier studies such as printing service, laundry service, cafeteria, kiosk and lots more.

Finish about academic building, we move on to Mahallah (the arabic word). Haha have u guys heard it or not? know what the meaning? it is always known as college or a place where home sweet home. That is why IIUM is unique. We also learn other languages such as Arabic and Mandarin (upcoming languages). Hurm for me, the Mahallah was so good and comfortable enough to live in. The most important thing is it is better and bigger than Mahallah zainab Jahsy in CFSIIUM. Still remember for those was placed there? We still sharing the room with 3 other friends but the special is we are separated by compartments. meaning that we have our ouwn privacy. We are placed in Mahallah Talhah Block 3 room 2.3. Do come and visit me. But don't forget to bring food and kuih raya. yummy.
